About Us
O’Flynn Group identifies desirable, well-located sites, and masterplans, develops, builds and manages high-quality properties in Ireland and the UK. Our developments include residential, commercial, retail, industrial and student accommodation.
In business for over 45 years, and with over 15,000 new homes and numerous large scale commercial developments delivered in that time, our experience enables us to pinpoint sites with the greatest potential in key strategic locations.
We develop and build these sites independently or through joint venture partnerships. We retain selected developments for our own investment, and we manage these developments and their tenants for long-term asset growth. We also provide development and asset management expertise to partners and investors.
We are rigorous in ensuring that every stage of our developments meet the high standards we have set ourselves since first opening for business in 1978. The merit of these high standards is reflected in our investor returns, our tight management of budgets and deadlines and, ultimately, in the build quality of every O’Flynn Group development.

Associated Entities
O'Flynn Group has two associated entities in the UK, Host and Tiger Developments.
Host
Host is a fully integrated developer and operator in the student and living sector and is one of the largest providers of award-winning purpose-built student accommodation in the UK. Locations in the UK portfolio includes Cardiff, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Nottingham. To date we have already delivered 9,000 units, with 1,500 currently in the pipeline.
Tiger Developments
Established in 1999, Tiger Developments is a commercial property developer with single and mixed use schemes across the UK and Europe. Operating in all sectors including industrial, office, retail, leisure, hotel and residential, we work with our investor partners to realise developments from initial site acquisition through the development process to occupation and ongoing management.
