Open Positions

  • Cork

  • Director

  • To provide leadership in the organisation, management, monitoring and reporting of all site operations ensuring high quality work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner to specification and within budget.

    • Liase with site management to ensure that all project plans and schedules are delivered within set timelines by all the employees and all sub-contractors.

    • Translate general work requirements into prioritised plans for the crew and sub-contractors.

    • Regularly assess progress to ensure adherence to and delivery by forecasted timelines.

    • Provide progress reports to Project Managers.

    • Manage all costs in association with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

    • Complete all paperwork to ISO standards.

    • Carry out all operations in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

    • Ensure that all work is carried out to job specification and plans.

    • Ensure all completed work meets the required quality standards.

    • Recognise, address and resolve all issues or problems that arise.

    • Schedule all site deliveries to ensure optimum levels of operations and on-time delivery of projects.

    • Maintain site log and all site reports.

    • Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.

    • Practice workplace safety at all times.

    • Ensure a presentable and well maintained site at all times.

    • Any and all other duites reasonably required and appropriate to the role.

  • The candidate will hold and maintain all relevant and legally required certifications and authorisations associated with the industry requirements for the job and the nature of the work to be undertaken.

    The candidate will undertake all additional training from time to time whether required by statute or reasonably required by the company.

    • Competence in the principles and techniques of construction site operations management.

    • Excellent organising and delegating abilities.

    • Ability to read and interpret maps, sketches, drawings, specifications and technical manuals.

    • Knowledge of and competence in all aspects of Health & Safety legislation.

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all others encountered in the course of operations.

    • Ability to work independently and to provide site leadership as required.

    • A problem solver and conflict resolver.

    • Write up or assist in the write up of reports as reasonably required in relation to relevant operations.

Site Manager

  • Cork Sites and Office

  • Senior Engineer

  • To support and assist a variety of site construction projects, whereby over time a level of proficiency is attained to contribute independently on such projects.

    • Assist in the setting out requirements for sites.

    • Setting out from engineer’s drawings, site surveys.

    • Reading and interpreting drawings for layouts and materials measure etc.

    • Setting out foundations etc.

    • Participate in project meetings to ensure that all project deliverables are properly implemented.

    • Ensure prompt response and resolution of all queries received from senior management.

    • Continue learning and personal development to keep track with technological developments within the industry.

    • Support the taking in charge process.

    • Other ad hoc requirements that may arise.

    • Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office essential.

    • Full driving licence required.

  • The candidate will be qualified BSc in Civil Engineering. Career achievement to date and right fit for our culture will be the defining criteria in selection.
