The Elysian

Cork City

The Elysian is an 18 storey development on 3.06 acres of land in the centre of Cork city. At 71 metres the Elysian was at the time Ireland’s tallest building. The development comprises 211 residential units uniquely situated in a key city centre location, providing an exceptional quality of product in the tranquil living environment of the central garden square. The scheme also provides for a mix of office and retail space.

All aspects of the scheme were master planned and developed by members of the O’Flynn Group management team. This is an example where the team utilised their local knowledge and were ahead of the market in identifying an opportunity for development in an area in Cork which is now considered the pivotal gateway link between the city centre and the Cork docklands area.
