This purpose-built accommodation complex is the largest private student accommodation campus in Ireland (966-bed) and was developed by O’Flynn Group in conjunction with Blackrock. It is located on an exceptional site in Point Village / the North Docklands of Dublin City Centre and is within walking distance of all major city centre universities and colleges, public transport and city amenities. The location of the Point Village Luas stop directly adjacent to the development provides direct access into the City Centre and by onward connection to other locations, interconnecting with the new Cross City Luas.

The site area extends to 0.96 hectare (2.38 acres) and the scheme comprises two separate seven storey blocks. The high specification scheme provides all necessary services associated with student accommodation such as reception, security and management, as well as ancillary facilities. Communal facilities including study areas, fitness suite, common room, movie room and student meeting rooms.

There are a number of retail units provided for in this scheme which are now occupied with brands such as Centra, Camile Thai and Pita Pit. The scheme also includes a substantial Enterprise Facility fronting onto Sherriff Street Upper.
